Daniel Radcliffe was 12 when he became inexorably identified as Harry Potter. Sure, there are some real benefits to being the star of one of the most profitable, omnipresent entertainment properties of all time. His great-great-grandchildren are going to be set for life. I wondered, what would you get the boy who lived (with everything he ever wanted)? With a little insight, some gutsy guessing, and a little old-fashioned google stalking, here are the 5 presents we know, deep down, Daniel wants more than anything else this Holiday season.

When sold his childhood to Warner Brothers he lost the opportunity to meet anyone who doesn’t know who he is. Anonymity is out the window, so why not play up the whole HP thing?

- A Career After These Movies

He’s already willing to show his wang to British theater goers. He’s pretty desperate to separate himself from the HP personae. Either someone gives this kid a new role, or Jo Rowling better write a new book. Otherwise, Daniel’s going to end up going the way of Mclovin.

- A Lock Of Emma Watson’s Hair

He never had the guts to steal some himself.

- A Supremely Evil Being To Do Battle With

When your whole life is devoted to one task (be Harry Potter), once that task is complete, you’ve got to fill your life with some new, singularly focused purpose. Your run-of-the-mill stalker doesn’t hold a candle to Voldemort.

- To Not Grow Into A Funny Looking Old Guy

Unless Dan’s got the directing chops, he better hope he doesn’t end up looking like Ron Howard.

A lot of people might thing that a 21st Century villain/hero one the run might want something a little more out of Mission Impossible, but no, they’re wrong, this is still the best possible disguise.
