  1. Look At All These ‘Legend Of Neil’ Extras

    Hey Neilos!

    Zeldiacs?

Anyway, fans of Legend Of Neil. Are you enjoying season 3 so far? It’s only going to get more and more amazing, starting next week, with the premiere of episode 302, The Gloffice. We’ll be rolling out new episodes every other week until October, with special videos from Sandeep and the cast during off weeks. This week we featured:

  2. Comic-Con Choice Cuts

Comic-Con was a wild ride filled with nerds waiting in line, after hours drinking (with nerds) and listening to nerds speak about their latest projects. What I’m saying is, it was nerdy. Here now, for those of you who didn’t care to brave the hordes of hungry fans, is a best-of mix tape of the Atom team’s adventures in Comic-Con-ing.

We arrived midday Wednesday to load in. As I pondered our nacho cheese supply, the floor was opened, and the Con was on! Check out the rest of our preview day adventuring.

Friday, the first full day of the convention, we were visited by Tommy Wiseau himself, protested by Westboro Baptist Church, and I discovered the best place to meet ladies.Saturday, the Legend of Neil crew came by to sign some autographs before we hosted our two panels.

First, we gave everyone a sneak peek of the first two episodes of The Legend of Neil to a packed house. The whole cast and crew were in attendance, and the crowd was crazy for them.

The House That Drips Blood On Alex premiered immediately after Neil to a standing ovation. The star of the film, Tommy Wiseau, was in rare form that evening.

  3. Comic-Con Day Four Roundup: The Final Day

Because of limited computer connectivity to the “Internet” from the Comic-Con show floor, get our latest updates at the Atom Twitter or right here on the Atom Blog. See the full schedule of Atom events right here.

After all the excitement that Saturday held, I think we were hoping for a mellow, typical day to wrap things up. Sunday is kid’s day, after all, how bad could it be? Maybe I’ll even have time to check out the YO GABBA GABBA! panel. WRONG.

We still had a ton of posters, bags, playing cards, and masks to hand out and after the smash-hit screenings of The Legend of Neil and The House That Drips Blood On Alex, demand was even higher.

    It’s a feeding frenzy!

After handing out our last few posters depicting a raunchy 90′s nostalgia ridden web series and cult filmmakers covered in blood to doe-eyed children, we packed up and headed home.

    See you next year, nerds!

If you missed out on all the crowded, nerd-tastic action at Comic Con, check out the rest of our coverage, or, just take a look at the new episodes of The Legend of Neil, live now on Atom.

  4. The Video Game Awards Were The Raddest

VGAThe VGA’s (which I was surprised to learn stand for Video Game Awards, and not Vegetative Guys Atrophying  (JK Doodz, I sit all day too)) was over this weekend, and boy was it STAR STUDDED. Tony Hawk was there! Did you know he likes video games? He does.

Anyway, two of our very own Atom alumni (who also publicly love video games) Sandeep Parikh, Writer/Director of The Legend of Neil, and Felicia Day, star of The Legend of Neil and the Guild were both on the red  carpet, dropping nerd-knowledge and hilarity alike.

  5. Asylum and Legend of Neil Star List 8 Video Game Hotties – Doc Louis Misses…

Our really great friends at Asylum.com (the WEBSITE for SERIOUS DUDES), were nice enough to ask our very own star of Legend of Neil, Tony Janning, to help them find the Top Eight 8-Bit Video Game Hotties. From the article:

    1. Princess Zelda, “The Legend of Zelda”
Come on, who’d you think we’d start with? “The Legend of Zelda” is one of the best and most original games ever. So, you know the Princess was a hot piece of 8-bit ass.

AND THAT’S JUST NUMBER ONE! See all eight 8-Bit hotties (with Color Pictures) here.

Make sure to get caught up with the latest episode of the Legend of Neil here. Caution, there is some drinking involved.

  6. Somehow Felicia Day Knows She Looks Good Singing On Your Computer Screen

Look, Felicia Day isn’t an idiot. She has a pretty solid idea of what you guys want, and let’s be real, this new promo for the upcoming season of The Guild falls well within that category:

  7. Comic-Con II: The Atoming

Last year atom.com popped my nerd-cherry with my very first Comic-con.  It was sensory overload to be sure.   I was bombarded with the sights of sprawling promotional displays, the dull roar of wall-to-wall geeking out over Battlestar Galactica, and the resultant smells from people wearing bulky, poorly ventilated costuming for 7 hours.   The time has come for me to share that stank with you again.

  8. Legend of Neil premieres 2nd Season at Comic-Con: Triforce still in pieces

A horde of 500+ fans packed the premiere of the second season of Legend of Neil Saturday night at Comic-Con. Braving the crowd and lines was well worth it. Creator Sandeep Parikh brought his star studded cast of web- celebs (including Tony Janning (Neil/Link), Felicia Day (fairy), Mike Rose (Old Man/Old Man), and Scott Chernoff (Gannon) to answer questions and be “ducking hilarious”.

  9. Top 10 Green Screen Photos from Comic-Con

Everyone should have a green screen rig. It’s instant gratification. Atom had one going at this year’s Comic-Con over the weekend. A fanboy (or two) could swing on by our booth, pick up a prop sword or lightsaber and become melded within the worlds of Legend of Neil, Star Wars Gangsta Rap, or Operation Olivia. In fact, we generated about 1500 of these suckas in all! Atom: where stars are born.

  10. The Things We Adore … Felicia Day Singing!

This ain’t your momma’s web musical. Felicia Day completes a trifecta of online singing and dancing with an upbeat ditty about … donkey-punches? Check out the brand-new musical episode of Legend of Neil below!
