Atom’s MCP server has been approved for the GitHub MCP Registry<\/a>, one of roughly 177 servers to make the cut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which means the naming step that website builders, coding assistants, no-code platforms, and startup tools all send their users away for can now happen inside the app. No second tab, no separate search, no registration on somebody else’s site. An AI agent can run the entire naming workflow without leaving the conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best name is usually already owned<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Most domain APIs stop at availability. Ask whether a name is free, get back yes or no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That answer is fine, and it is also the least useful part of naming. An agent can generate three hundred candidates in a second. Nearly all of them are registered. The handful that are available are usually available for a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The names that actually fit a business tend to be ones somebody already owns.
