Are the audience testing respondents under a non-disclosure agreement?

There is not a Non-disclosure agreement that is agreed to by the audience testing respondents. The audience testing question should be framed in a way that we’re not giving away any confidential information. It should be a big picture question to tell a little bit about your brand and what you’re doing and then get unbiased feedback as to how this name performs in relation to the other ones.
