I’ve launched a logo contest, in what design format will I receive my logos once I’ve chosen a winner?

The files you'll receive
Once you choose a winner, the winning creative is required to deliver two files:
- AI file (Adobe Illustrator) – This is a raw, vector, editable format. It's the most versatile design file you can own. You can resize it to any dimension without losing quality, swap colors, remove elements, or hand it off to a printer or another designer for future edits.
- JPEG file – A ready-to-use image file that works great for websites, email signatures, presentations, and more.
Both files are required deliverables — your winning creative must provide them before the contest is officially closed.
How the Handover phase works
After you select a winner, your contest automatically enters the Handover phase. Here's what happens next:
- The winning creative has 48 hours to finalize the design and upload both files.
- Files are delivered directly inside your contest dashboard under the Deliverables tab.
- The creative is not confirmed as the official winner until those files have been successfully delivered.
Where to find your files
Head to your contest dashboard and click the Deliverables tab to download your AI and JPEG files once the creative has submitted them. Keep these files somewhere safe — especially the AI file, as it's your master design source for any future use.
