Why am I not able to post a comment on the contest page?

Comments can only be posted by contest holders or the senior members of the Atom community. New or recent members are not allowed to post comments on the contest page to minimize any potential spam. In order to post comments or send private messages you must have a point balance of 3000 points, or you should have won at least 1 contest. 

All members are able to communicate with contest holder or other members of the Atom community by sending a private message from the public profile page of the recipient.
