Why can't I submit a name?

There are several reasons that you may not be able to submit names to a contest. With relation to new accounts, and the status of your account, there are some steps that have to take place in order to gain access into the Atom platform and contests. 

It may be related to the status of your account or could possibly even be a technical glitch. If you are unsure of the reason that your particular account cannot submit names into a particular contest, first gather some specific details including the contest number that you are unable to submit to. 

If it’s more than one contest, contact the Customer Support team immediately and they’ll help you get a better understanding of the situation.
