Can I start by testing this for a subset of my domains?
Absolutely. You have full flexibility to decide which names are assigned to Cloud Brokers
Is it Guaranteed that a Cloud Broker will accept my request?
Cloud brokers may or may not accept your request depending upon several factors (e.g. how many domains they are currently managing, commission % offered by you, quality of your domains etc). If your proposal is not accepted, you will receive a notification and you can try working with a different Cloud Broker
Is there a time commitment?
You can choose the Duration that you would like to work with Cloud Broker. The minimum duration is 3 months to allow enough time for Cloud Broker to outbound your names
How do I know for sure if the sale came due to Cloud Broker's efforts?
Cloud brokers will have the ability to create Trackable links for their outbounding efforts. You can choose to pay commission only if the sale comes via Cloud Broker's trackable links. You can also provide your authorization for a Max discount that the Cloud broker will be able to include in their trackable link
Is this option available for Standard/Geo listings as well?
The Cloud broker offering is currently available for Premium Listings. We will be adding this feature for Standard and Geo Listings in the near future
Who pays the commission?
As a seller, you are responsible for any commissions paid to the Cloud broker. Atom will automatically deduct the commission from your NET payout and pay the Cloud Broker.
Are Cloud Brokers authorized to offer a discount on my domains?
You can choose a max discount that you are willing to allow cloud brokers when promoting your names. This will allow Cloud brokers to generate the trackable links with the discounted amount
How do I become a Cloud Broker?
If you are interested in becoming a Cloud Broker, click on "Request Beta Access" button and choose the option of becoming a Cloud Broker. You will be asked to provide some background related to your Outbounding experience. We only have limited slots available for Cloud Brokers.
