What Is the Trusted Seller Program?

The Trusted Seller Program is an exclusive status that allows you to bypass domain verification entirely. Instead of adding TXT records or manually verifying ownership, Trusted Sellers can simply upload their domains, and ownership will be automatically verified. That means less time spent on administrative tasks and more time focusing on selling.

Why We’re Launching This Program

At Atom, we believe in removing friction from the domain selling process. Domain verification is an important step to ensure the integrity of our marketplace. However, it does require additional time for sellers to verify their ownership by adding TXT records or by changing name servers. By recognizing sellers with a track record of reliability, we can offer a seamless listing experience while maintaining marketplace integrity.

Important Details About the Trusted Seller Program

• If a domain is already an active listing belonging to another seller, it will not be moved to the new seller automatically. Trusted Sellers will still need to verify ownership in such cases.
• Trusted Sellers can also use this feature for Atom Pay links. This means if they want to add an imported lead, they can simply add the domain, skip the verification step, and enjoy a 4.5% commission.
• Any misuse of this feature will result in immediate account action depending on the severity and nature of the violation.

How Do You Become a Trusted Seller?

The Trusted Seller Program is by invitation only. It is currently a Beta program available to a limited number of sellers—typically those who have Gold or higher status or those who have already sold a certain number of domains on our platform. If you meet these criteria, you will be automatically approved and will receive a notification about your Trusted Seller status.
